Bike Development

We live and breathe bike design. From race-winning frames to technical features and components that make a real difference, bikes are where we started and where we keep pushing boundaries.

We’ve worked on World Cup-winning XC and DH bikes. That means custom linkages, data-logging, and outside-the-box thinking to push performance and make race-day setups easier.
We’ve developed aluminum bikes that shred. Competitive weights, smart and serviceable hardware, and aggressive pricing—all while getting strong reviews for ride quality.
Need consultation and development for specific frame features? We’ve designed, prototyped, tested, and brought to production specific frame needs such as a Carbon Flexstay.
Pedals, tire inserts, linkages, wheels, stems, bars, idlers, chain guides—if it bolts to a bike, we’ve probably worked on it.
We design and refine suspension systems for all bike types, including idler bikes. From leverage curves to axle paths and anti-squat, we tune kinematics for maximum performance and control.
