Race Winning Downhill Bikes

While working at GT, we led the engineering of a race-proven downhill bike built for real-world performance and value. It features a monocoque carbon fiber front triangle with the linkage passing through it using blind pivot hardware, combining clean lines with structural efficiency. Paired with a durable aluminum rear triangle, the Fury is built to handle lots of hard riding. Flip chips allow riders to fine-tune leverage progression, chainstay length, and wheel size to match their terrain and style. Over-the-number plate cable routing and a high-performance mid-pivot suspension layout complete the package, all delivered at an unbeatable price for a downhill race bike.

Carbon Fiber Flexstays

While working at Cannondale, we developed an innovative XC race bike that reimagines how suspension can work at the highest level. The challenge was simple: how do you maintain the performance and feel of a Horst-link pivot bike while eliminating the extra weight of a physical pivot? The solution was a carbon fiber flexstay, engineered to flex in a controlled way that mimics the action of a pivot without the added hardware. By precisely tuning the flex zone and material layup, we achieved real pivot-like performance while shedding significant weight. This project pushed the boundaries of XC bike suspension, combining top-level efficiency, durability, and a clean, modern design that set a new standard for lightweight full-suspension race bikes.

Race Cars

While working at Vermont SportsCar we developed custom carbon fiber adjustable wings designed to help set new track records. Collaborating closely with aerodynamicists, we designed the wing profiles, mounting structures, and all associated components to optimize performance and adjustability. This included not just the part design but also the development of the tooling needed for efficient and consistent manufacturing. Every detail, from aerodynamics to structural integrity to vehicle integration, was engineered to deliver maximum performance on the track.

Saving The Rims

Rim Saver was developed to solve one of the biggest problems in mountain biking—rim damage and pinch flats—without adding unnecessary weight or installation headaches. Instead of using bulky foam, Rim Saver uses a custom-engineered, impact-absorbing polymer that acts like a bottom-out bumper for the wheel. It protects rims and tires by absorbing and distributing sharp impacts while maintaining ride feel and easy setup. From concept to testing to production, every detail was designed to create a system that is lightweight, tough, and easy to install, helping riders push harder and protect their investment and their ride.
